What to wear for your first Chiropractic consultation

I'm sure it's never fun to be told what to wear, but don't get too worried just yet.

Given that your initial consultation will include a general physical examination and involve various ranges of motion and orthopedic tests that Dr Julian will perform, the best approach to your wardrobe would be something relatively flexible like active wear.

After all, Chiropractic is a hands on profession, so modest exposure of the relevant areas to be examined will often be necessary. There is ample private space as well at the practice for you to quickly change into active wear if you are coming from and going back to work!
